During 2006-2010 ys the investigations on selecting of concentrated preparations ДГ-75, ДГ-608, ДГ-75ВДМ and Reglon with the aim of exposing of their influence on preserving and seed productivity of potato varieties “Povin” and “Slavyanka”. The best results showed the use of preparations ДГ-75 (0,1%) and ДГ-608 (0,25%). When these preparations are used, there is lowering of technical waste material as much as 2,9-4,7 times, depending on a variety. The increasing of the yield of vari-ety “Povin” by 0,2-1,6 t/ha and of variety “Slavyanka” by 0,7-1,3 t/ha is marked. With this, the part of tubers seed fraction of variety “Povin” increases by 2,4-3,5%, variety “Slavyanka” – by 5,9-7,1%, depending on preparation. Profitableness of production of potato elite, variety “Povin” increases 31%, variety “Slavyanka” – 20%.
