During 2006-2010 ys the investigations on the study of the influence of adaptive characteristics of immuno-modulated preparations (Mars U, Baikal EM) on the viability of small fractioned planting material, sanitated with the method of apical meristems of early-ripen potato variety “Tiras” under different ways irrigation (drop, rainy) have been investigated. The use of preparation “Mars U” ensures the improvement of mini-tubers germination by 4%, as compared with overhead irrigation. With this, the growth of the area of leaf surface is 11,7 thousand m2/ha, crop capacity – 5,4 t/ha, and seed production – 57,1 thousand pieces/ha. The use of the investigated preparation “Mars U” and “Baikal EM” es-sentially increases crop capacity and seed productivity of potato, received from the small-fraction material. The use of preparation “Mars U” ensures germination growth of mini-tubers by 10% as compared with the control. The most essential growth of economic effectiveness, while producing seed potato, is observed under condition of drop irrigation, while using preparation “Mars U”. the production cost price, under this, is 1021 hr/t (control – 1323 hr/t), and the profitableness of its production is 292% (control – 202%).
