Methods of inves-tigations: field, laboratory, statistical. During 2006-2010 ys the influence of the cascades processing with the preparations “Interferon”, ДГ-67 and “Brovades 20” with “DMSO” for the intensivity of the process of degeneration of sanitated potato, has been studied. While using lapping of processing, with them, the reducing of the elite striking with virous diseases was reached by 2,8-5,5% (control – 12,0%), in-cluding virouses X, S, Y in latent form – by 15,0-17,5% (control – 17,5%). While using preparation “Interferon”, consequence has its place, which causes the increase of elite crop capacity by 29%, comparing with the control. The increasing of seed production in this case allows to receive from 1 ha of superelite such quantity of elite, which will be enough to plant 147 ha additionally. Its cost price with this is 1886 hr/t (control – 2668 hr/t) and profitableness of production – 112% (control – 50%).
