The basis of dynamic data of the soil fertility in the special vegetable rotation has been created in accordance with the intensity of application in growing technologies of different ways of irrigation and fertilizers applying. In the rotation link under drop irrigation the local fertilizers applying, comparing with the standard (overhead irrigation, fertilizers applying, scattered about), ensured the raising of cucumber yield by 27 %, white cabbage by 9 % and potato by 10 %. The high after-action of irrigation and fertilizers on the barley culture has been revealed. For the link of vegetable fodder crops rotation (barley, perennial herbs of the first and the second years of using, cucumber, winter wheat) the use of the organomineral system of fertilizing (7-14 t/ha of the rotation area together with applying of the recommended and half-doze of mineral fertilizers) allows to improve the conditions of plant feeding on account of increasing of nitrate content in soil by 31-44 %, movable phosphorus by 106-164 %, changeable potassium by 69-115 %; to increase the yield of grain crops by 16-64 %, perennial herbs - by 9-11 %, cucumber - by 27-35 % without worsening of production quality.
