The purpose of the work is to improve the accuracy and reliability of measurements in contact thermometry. Prototypes of small fixed points and a setup for analyzing small fixed points with primary transformers were produced. An analysis of the components of combined error for calibration of primary transformers in small fixed points was made. The work formed a basis for creating secondary temperature measurement standards: thermoelectric transformers in the ranges of 273.15 K to 2073 K; equipment for reproducing fixed points in the range of 1234 K to 2042 K.
