Influence of vitamins of A, D,E is set during their parenteral injection cows in the nonlactating period in a complex with zinc, selenium and carotene on the metabolic type of blood of new-born calves, activity of the immune system, prophylaxis of postnatal diseases and infertility of cows. It was got new information is about D-vitamin status of cows in the nonlactating period and in after births. The influential mechanisms of different level of cholecalciferol are studied in the organism of cows on mineral, lipid and albuminous exchanges. Influence of different levels of cholecalciferol is set in the organism of cows before births on d-vitamin status in the organism of born from them calves, their clinical state and stored.
