Mechnikov National University popup.description2 The analysis of kinetic processes of an establishment ionization and difusion - drift balance which define mechanisms of formation of the ordered structures of grains in smoky plasma is carried out. The model of long-range action of grains in plasma which is based on the concept of the balk potential of plasma as a method of the description of non-aqilibrian ionisation which will be co-ordinated with experimental data is offered. It is shown, that electric forces operate only within a volume charge, but they change degree of plasma ionisation therefore the indignation brought in plasma by one particle, is transferred to the next grain and changes pressure of plasma upon a surface of grains. It is considered sinergatic aspects and model of smoky plasma as open system.
