The purpose of the research is to develop and inculcate introduce the prognostic methods of medical pathomorphosis dergree, neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapies for patients with the sarcomas of bones. Research methods and medical diagnostic technical equipment - clinical, morphological, statistical; computer tomograph named "Somatom 4 Plus", magnetic - resonance tomograph called "Magnetom", angiograph -"Televiks", ultrasonic diagnostic equipment. At this very stage the prognosis method of patomorphosis degree of the tumor being treated was elaboraed according to angiografic criterias: presence or absence of parenchyma's hypervascularization , afferent arteries, perivascular net. It has been well established that the angiografic criterias of prognosis of clinical pathomorphosis correlate with other X-ray diagnostic methods. Apart from this, the scheme of the intensifyed neoadjuvant chemotherapy has also been developed and introduced for patients with predicted low degree of clinical patomorfosis, by increasing the course of chemotherapy to 5, and the dose of cisplatin up to 150 mg/m2 . In accordance with the developed and improved methods the treatment course was commenced : in the «standard risk» group of 19 and in the group of «high risk» – 4. Twelve patient have undergone surgical treatment. The forecast degree of pathomorphosis is equivalent to actual one with 91,7 % rate. All patients have been randomised, aiming to investigate the bisfosfonate effect on patients. Eleven out of them made a basic group, and the rest of 12 were included into control group.
