Equipment: personal computer; mechanomagnetic reactor; device for local short-wave inductothermy "Magniterm" (Radmir, Ukraine); mercury thermometer С195 (Medisana AG, Hilden, Germany); 300 mm metallic measuring scale; raster electronic microscope JEOL JSM-6490LV (Japan); chemoluminometer HLM1C-01 (Ukraine); the NanoDrop 1000 spectrophotometer ("Thermo Scintific", the USA). Purpose of work: to study the efficiency of antitumor action of the complex of magnetic micro- and nanoparticles and doxorubicin during electromagnetic irradiation on the experimental models of tumor process. Research methods are technical, physical and chemical, laboratory and statistical. The design is developed and mechanomagnetic reactor is made on the basis of combination of mechano- and magnetochemical influence on the synthesis processes of magnetosensitive complex. Technical descriptions of mechanomagnetic reactor are investigated. Weighting composition of magnetosensitive complex elements was analyzed, which testify that in Fe3O4 with KCl and doxorubicin magnetosensitive element iron was on the average to 14.5 % in all weighting composition. The analysis of magnetic descriptions testifies that after mechanochemical and mechanomagnetochemical synthesis magnetosensitive complex gets properties with the typical for soft ferromagnetic hysteresis curve. During mechanomagnetochemical synthesis the factor of spectroscopic splitting g grows up to the value of 2.64 for a magnetosensitive complex. It is shown that introduction of mechanochemically synthesized magnetosensitive complex on the basis of iron oxide with КСl and doxorubicin at the external irradiation by inhomogeneous electromagnetic field and moderate hyperthermia of Gurin's carcinoma initiated the increase of antitumor drugs activity and prolonging life expectancy of animals with Gurin's carcinoma. Mathematically-biophysical basics of the model for combined action of mechanochemical activation and electromagnetic irradiation on antitumor activity of the complex of magnetic micro- and nanoparticles and doxorubicin based on spin effects which initiate drug free-radical activity are developed. The field of the application is oncology. MALIGNANT TUMORS, NANOPARTICLES, MAGNETOSENSITIVE COMPLEX, MECHANOMAGNETOCHEMICAL SYNTHESIS. Product Description popup.authors Дзятковська І.І.
