The object of study - the red blood cells of marine fish species. The purpose of the work - comparison of the fatty acid composition and ecto-ATPase activity of plasma membranes of red blood cells of fish and further study of physiological and biochemical properties of surface ATPase. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography and gazozhikostnaya, determine the activity of ATPase, the methods of hydro-static pressure. We are investigated the phospholipid composition and fatty acid composition of main families of phospholipids of plasma membranes from red blood cells of two types of cartilage: thrasher (Raja clavata L.) and sea cat (Dasyatis pastinaca L.) and three species of bony fishes: scorpion fish (Scorpaena porcus L.), smarida ( Spicara flexuosa Raf.) and horse mackerel (Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev). It is shown that 70,0% - 80,0% of all membrane phospholipids of the studied fish were phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine.Fatty acid composition of phospholipids was presented to a wide composition of fatty acids. The saturated acids for basic plasma membranes were presented by palmitic and stearic acid. The group of the unsatu-rated acids shown the high proportion of mono-, tetra-, penta-, and geksaenovye acids. The calculation of the index of double bonds and the ratio of unsaturation gave the data of difference in the deformation ability of erythrocyte membranes for all studied fish. The ecto-ATPase activity on the state of the plasma membrane of red blood cells of fish cause the hydrostatic pressure and decrease the activity of ecto-enzyme. This inhibitory effect is proportional to time exposure. On the surface plasma membrane of red blood cells from scorpion fish was identified as ecto-ATPase activity, which opens up the prospect of research finding about the cascade systems of degradation of ATP on the surface of blood cells.
