Thus, we determined new important data concerning tRNA sites and eEF1A1 and eEF1A2 proteins which interact with these sites forming protein-nucleic complexes. This information is very important for detailed understanding of protein synthesis mechanisms in mammalians. Moreover, take into account that eEF1A2 is oncogene in certain type of human cancer, determining of eEF1A2 interaction with ligands features during protein synthesis could be essential for defining of cancerogonesis mechanism wich is induced by eEF1A2.
