Several types of "electrode-molecule-electrode" devices are considered in the condition of weak and strong symmetric and asymmetric interactions between the molecular groups. Based on the analytic expressions derived, a detail analysis of current and conductive behavior is performed at different voltage biases. Additionally, the working schemes of a molecular diode and a molecular transistor are proposed. The concentration of electrons injected by the electric field, is calculated for two-dimensional layers of the C60 crystal in a realistic structure of field transistor. It is found the presence of the exponential drop of charge density into the crystal. Evolution of the averaged population of quasi-isoenergetic states of biological molecular system interacting with a thermal bath and discrete stochastic field, is studied in detail. At room temperatures, the stochastic broadening is shown to lead to the cancel of temperature dependence for the rates characterizing the conformation transitions. This fact can explain the insensitivity of some biological processes to a temperature variation in the physiological temperature range.
