In the basis of such analytical systems development the thickness' changes of biochips' sensitive surface are underlied. Such changes are registered by highly sensitive optical detectors. The high competitive level of proposed by us instrument are provided by the high level of it detection capacity, portability of it gaging unit and consumables availability. The analysis of the novel approaches' capabilities has been realized by the example of low- and high-molecular objects, which are of interest of agricultural monitoring and quality control of the foodstuffs - pesticides, mycotoxines and plants' viruses. The immunochemical systems for the representatives of above-listed objects detection have been created and traditional methods (chromatography, immune-enzyme analysis) have been compared to the novel analytical method created by us in the frame of contrastive tests and analysis.
