Research purpose: Creation of Internetportal of the organizationally methodical providing of the olympiads from programming which controlled from distance for the gifted young people of the educational establishments of Ukraine. Research methods: a mathematical design of methodical section of Internetportal of the organizationally methodical providing of the olympiads from programming which controlled from distance for the gifted young people of educational establishments of Ukraine and then program which can testing decisions; the technology of top-down design; a structured programming; a visual and an object's programming. Research results: Internetportal is created http://e-olimp.com.ua (or http://e-olimp.org.ua). A database MYSQL is created for saving the information which will be contained on a portal. The pages of the Internetportal are developed: "News", "Send decision", "Turn", "Competition","Rating", "Registration", "Help", "My messages". The program of the system which can tests the users decisions is created. This program supports the compilers such as FreePascal, Visual Visual C++ 9.0, Visual C++ 6.0, Gnu C++, JDK 1.6.0. In the Internetportal created the methodical section which consists of pages such as: the methodical recommendations about decisions of the olympiad tasks; the methods of decision of the olympiad tasks; groups (page of the trainer from the sporting programming which have the possibility to see the students rating and create new competitions with the tasks from the portal's base). Novelty, efficiency, sphere of using Internetportal is: this Internetportal provides the organization and realization of olympiads between different group of students from elementary to the Allukrainian level in the stationary and distance variants; using of this portal give the possibility to objective (computer) and fast verification and evaluation of the results of the task's decision of every participant of the competitions; this Internet portal gives the help of the improvement of the professional preparation of the teachers and students; it helps to agitation of the professional preparation of the students to professions which associate with the programming.
