The methods of synthesis are elaborated and improved. Different Nitrogen-contained heterocyclic compounds, including fluorated substitutes near Nitrogen atom, are synthesized. About one half of synthesized combinations are obtained in the first time. We exploited the technological schemes of bicyclical biourea production. We investigated the influence of synthesized heterocyclic combinations on the germination and growth of tomato and wheaten germs. It was fixed the tested compounds influenced the first of all on root system. That’s why it is possible to scrutinize these combinations as potential regulators of plants’ growth. We researched the influence of some synthesized compounds on the physical-and-chemical characters of blood components of rats, mice and man. It was fixed positive effect on the different links of cellular process regulation.
