The formulations of composite cement on the basis of research of pozzolanic activity of mineral additives of waste products have been developed. The formulations and physical-mechanical and operating properties of hi-tech cement concretes mixes, containing composite cements and effective organic-mineral modifiers of polyfunctional action have been investigated. Skilled data concerning deformations shrinkage and creep of high-strength concrete is obtained at axial compression in the conditions of normal and actions of the raised temperatures, the skilled data about influence raised to +200?С temperatures on characteristics of physicomechanical properties of concrete - durability at axial compression and a stretching, the initial module of elasticity, limiting values of deformations, factor of cross-section deformations, parametrical levels of process microcracking. Experimental data about influence of the scale factor which is characterized by the module of an open surface, on characteristics physicomechanical and reologick properties of concrete in conditions uniaxial intense conditions - compression and stretching's are received.
