Report on research: 47 p., 21 tab. The aim - the study of preparations of growth regulators on growth and devel-opment of seedlings and plants of cruciferous crops. Object of research - plant winter and spring rape at different stages of ontogenesis. In experiments were tested such preparations: Emistym C, Treptolem, Vehestym-1, D2, D3, D4 and Noostym created at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Oil Chemistry NAS of Ukraine. In the course of scientific development were studied the optimal concentrations of growth regulators in their effect on seedlings and established field experiments to determine the expediency of using the selected preparations in rape crops. There were found that growth regulators Vehestym-1, D-2, D-3 D-4 in concentrations 0,05-0,4 ml per 100 g of seeds and D-2, D-3, Noostym in concentrations 0,05 - 0,01 ml per 100 g seed had no influence on the seedlings of spring and winter rape. Vehestym showed a weak stimulating effect on the growth of seedlings at concentrations 0,03-0,05 ml, increasing the germination of seeds at 5-12%, and weight of seedlings at 5-9%. Treptolem in concentrations 0,0005-0,003 ml per 100g of seeds did not change the energy of sprouting and germination of spring and winter rape, but significantly stimulate the accumulation raw crude and air-dry weight of seven days seedlings. The accumulation of crude and dry mass was located within 10-25%. The various preparations of physiologically active substances differently influence an growth and development of plants of winter and spring rape. Presowing treatment of the seeds by physiologically active substances influenced the growth and development of plants, increased the accumulation of green mass of spring rape by 17-20% and winter rape by 12-20%. Processing of the seeds winter rape by home preparations of growth regulators does not affect on wintering of plants. The studied growth regulators (Emistym C, Treptolem, Vehestym-1) have positive impact on crop structure of plants of winter and spring rape. Significantly increased such important characteristics as the number of shouts, pods and seeds of a plant. All these have led to significant increases seed biological productivity of experimental spring rape plants by 6-24% and winter rape - by 33-61%. The largest crop (+61% tu control) obtained from areas where Treptolem was used in concentration 15 ml per 1 ton of seeds. In the climatic conditions of Precarpathian region in 2010 Emistym and Treptolem give the addition of the actual yield of spring rape at 12-19%, and winter rape - by 14-35%. However, the studied preparations did not affect the quality of winter and spring rape seeds.
