Research object - a tractor plough of serial production, which is structurally equipped with disk mechanism of chiselling. The aim - to explore the effectiveness of the chiselling mechanism with plough, clearing the ground in order the smallseeded crops being drilled. The methods of research - a field, a laboratory. Ploughing, as an element of clearing the ground for sowing agricultural crops, is the main and sometimes the determined factor in Ukraine on which the crop capacity rides, in spite of adoption of new methods. That's why the agronomic service requirements for the ploughing are very serious. As a rule, it's difficult and sometimes impossible to correct the defects of subsequent agricultural ploughing. Especially it touches upon the soil preparation for the smallseeded crops, where the technical factors of the evenness of areas, the uniformity of surface layer structure and the terms of preparation provide the conservation of moisture. It gives evenness for the corn shoots. For decades, agronomic services practiced the consolidaton of various ploughs with tractor-drawn instruments during clearing the ground in order the smallseeded crops being drilled, namely: the spike-tooth harrows BZTS-10, the sections of rockers ZKKSH-6, ZKVH, heavy-linked chains, e.t.c. These units partially solve the problem so far as the hook mechanisms are not under control and can't provide overlapping passes. In addition, they complicate the mounting and require the additional efforts in transportation. That's why the proposed construction of the mechanism of soil mouldering, marshalled with plough, is served for additional loosening and structurally amplified the serial production of ploughs. Speaking about the plough N-3-35, I want to say that it consists of the rear suspension. There is a shaft, which is mounted in bearings and may include various working components (spherical disks "SFE", spike-tooth harrows "BIG"). Depending on soil structure, weather conditions, depth of tillage and agro-technical requirements for the formation of the surface layer the angle of attack of working tillages is set. According to this principle, the passive spike-tooth ripper was made. It gives excellent results at middle and shallow ploughing. Has shown use the unit with disk tillage tool in preparing soil small seeds culture it enables tillage chunks and provides the improving of area. As the result we have true surface and uniformity of raising of the rape, using the plough with the mechanism of loosening and irregularity of raising of the rape, using the classical methods of preparing the soil with standard ploughs. Thereby was established that the aggregate provides Agricultural requirements for the shaping of the cultivated layer (p = 8.12 cm), and retains the moisture evenly in the sowing layer and seal up the seeds of smallseeded crops (canola, mustard, ryzhiy) at sowing.
