Objective - determine the common principles of tariffs for services related to the income from the use of cable ducts elektrozvyazku for all owners of CDE in Ukraine. Method of research - a practical, using existing regulatory framework. The results of the research is to define standards of labor resourses,costs of materials, costs of technic maintenance, depreciation expenses, total production costs to calculate the cost of access service CDE, namely: - Development and delivery of technical specifications; - Supervision of the owner of the CDE; - The use of cable ducts.Standards are absent in the existing regulatory framework, developed on the basis of actual expenses obtained in the calculation and timing on the ground holding of works, involving representatives of utilities and construction organizations. Key performance indicators - cost of services and suggestions on tariffs. Results of research can be used in telecommunications for the determination of tariffs for access to the CDE. Forecast assumptions about the development of a research facility - set commercially reasonable rates for settlement between the owners of the CDE and customer communication services.
