Observations were made using original methods of CCD observations, which were developed at RI NAO. Observations of SO of 2008 - 2010 were reduced in the system of the UCAC 3 catalog. Rms error with respect to the perturbed orbit is (0.25-0.90)" for GEO objects of (10-16) magnitude and (2.5-4.5)" for LEO objects of (4-9.5) magnitude. The catalog of orbital elements for 67 GEO objects was compiled.
