In 3-7 days of a sinew-looked incrassate, edematous, nearby fabrics have been condensed for touching, are sanguineous. At use piezoelectric by devices (the focused waves) about a calcaneal sinew in 7 and 30 days it is not revealed macroscopical signs of damages, inflammations and is degenerate-dystrophic processes. At application of the pneumatic device (radial waves) in 7 days it was defined hearth accumulation GAG and nucleinic acids in cages of a connecting fabric that testifies to presence of inflammatory process. This data gives the grounds to continue scientific researches that as a result can to explain in certain degree character, force and duration of reaction of a fabric of a sinew on with great dispatch-wave therapy; in operation the radial and focused waves and to give the chance to design a difference the sample of portable device UVT ля medical institutions of Ukraine.
