There were carried out clinical examinations, life history, immunology researches, allergological examinations, biochemical and audiological screenings, histological, neurological and instrumental examinations. Conducted researches showed interconnection of interrhinal anomalies and defects at chronic paranasal rhinosinusitis and necessity of usage of sparing microsurgical treatment mode in complex treatment. Inflammatory process in upper air passages often is mycotic and requires proper diagnostic methods and usage of antifungal agents in complex treatment. The anti-relapse treatment of chronic polypous rhinosinusitis should be long-lasting, the complex of treatment methods should be chosen individually and should consist of specific immunotherapy, systemic antiallergenic specimen of III or II generation. It was established that patients with chronic polypous rhinosinusitis has increased EBV replication in pituitary membrane. Risk factors of postsurgical polypuses recidive are as follows: chronic persistence with reactivation of EBV-infection in pituitary membrane with increasing level of general IgE and weakening of reserve activity of redox processes in neutrophils.
