For women with the different etiologic factors of violation of reproductive health (fruitlessness, violations of menstrual cycle, carried PID) frequency of hyperprolactinemia is 27,3 %. High-frequency of pathology of endometrium takes a place at functional hyperprolactinemia (polypuses, hyperplasia, and atrophy). In the structure of diseases of organs of small pelvis the sharp inflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus are observed more frequent, than inflammatory processes of other localization, frequency them in the structure of nosology forms of urgent gynecology in 3 times exceeds frequency of sharp processes of noninflammator character. At patients with the of high quality tumor diseases of privy parts in to premenopausal period of prediction of metabolic syndrome meet in 41,7 % cases, complete form of metabolic syndrome - in 5,0 %, incomplete - in 22,9 % cases. For metabolic syndrome characteristic is combination of obesity, hyperpiesia, violation of tolerance to glucose, decline of level of LPHP below 1,1 mmol/l, increase of level of TG higher 1,7 mmol/l, increase of level of whey osteocalcin to 14,7 ng/ml. At pregnant at infecting of STD the critical periods of gestation with a threat antenatal death of fruit are 24-32 weeks pregnancies which 91,1 is on % all of perinatal losses. Realization of the developed diagnostic and medical approaches at violations of reproduction function in different age-old periods of life of women and in case of occurring of pathology of pregnancy instrumental in the improvement of diagnostics and timely lead through of the nosotropic grounded therapy with the use of the differentiated innovative and traditional technologies, to the decline of frequency of complications of pregnancy, diminishing of perinatal losses and improvement of the state of reproductive health of patients.
