The combined treatment with using sorption therapy improves the immune status of patients. On the base of the analysis of integral figures of the early phase of carbohydrate metabolism disoders in clinically healthy individuals worked up the methods for differentiai diagnostics of hepatic, muscle and renal insulin resistance. It was determined the indications for using replacement therapy and the principles of dynamic monitoring of thyroid function during pregnancy. It was determined the peculiarities of hormon and metabolic disoders in teenagers with hypothalamic puberty syndrome. The using a combination of metformine and piohlitazone in treating these patients is accompanied by a distinct reduction in body mass index, a trend towards normalizationof blood pressure, lipid metsbolism and tissue sensivity to insulin. It was found that in patient with type 2 diabetes with obesity is observed imbalance of magnesium content in erythrocytes and blood serum,and there is a correlation between indicators of magnesium concentration in erythrocytes and insulin resistance parameters. The purpose of magnerote is accompanied by an increase of magnesium concentration in erythrocytes, makes a positive effect on the indices ofinsulin resistance and heart rate variability.
