Results: it was determined the decrease of phagocytosis activity, hypocomplementemia and development of immunodeficiency conditions with combined phagocytic-lymphocytic type in patients with hyperimmunecomplex syndrome -induced autoimmune connective tissue disease. Application of the basic therapy contribute to the phagocytic and lymphocytic parts of the immune system deficiency, improving overall complementary activity and slight decrease of hyperimmunecomplexes level in the serum. Quercetin application on the base of basic therapy could statistically normalizate potential of redox (oxidation-reduction) processes in the polynuclear leukocytes.
