The object of researches are 58 sorts of domestic and foreign selection, methods of growing of the industrial planting of currant. The purpose of researches is a selection from the existent sortiment of currant of sorts which substantially promote the productivity and provide the stable fruiting during 3-4 years after the leadthrough of the rejuvenating trimming. Methods of researches - the field, laboratory and system ekonomiko mathematical methods. Research of features of proceeding in above-ground part of bushes is executed after the rejuvenating trimming in 58 sorts of blackberry, morphological structure of their bushes, the level of firmness of sorts is investigational against the exciters of illnesses, the productivity and quality of berries is appraised. Sorts are selected Overture, Riddle, Green haze, Memory Praviku, Cerera, lazy Person, Katyusha, which are recommended for growing in planting with the prolonged term of exploitation. Research is executed first on Ukraine. Applying in industry of the recommended sorts and method of growing of the industrial planting of currant is provided by the level of profitability of production of berries within the limits of 128-143%.
