The purpose of investigation is the determination of pharmacological effects dynamics and of safety of phensucсinal having anti-inflammatory activity. The methods of investigation are: organic synthesis, physical-chemical, analytical, pharmtechnological, pharmacological, toxicological, biochemical. The technological and analytical documents for 1% phensucсinal semi-solid pharmaceutical dosage form have been worked out. The dependence of phensucсinal solubility on sizes of particles and period of dissolution has been determined. The method of determination of concomitant impurities concentrations in the phensucсinal substance by high effective liquid chromatography has been developed. It has been shown, that the use of 1 % phensucсinal mild form has accelerated both the beginning and the period of complete healing of chemical- and thermal-induced rats' skin ulcers with presence or absence of experimental type 2 diabetes. It has been determined, that 1% phensucсinal semi-solid pharmaceutical dosage form is practically safe according to the criterion of acute toxicity (LD50). Under the condition of subchronic and chronic external applications phensucсinal ointment hasn't made the toxic affect on the general state and function of male and female rats' organs and systems.
