Purpose of researches: to develop bases of the newest technology applications of fertilizers, which will provide their rational use, will promote the productivity of agricultural cultures and will create favourable terms for a maintainance and improvement of fertility of soils in the conditions of western Forest-steppe. Methods of researches: analysis of the systems of long-term research information, field, laboratory, statistical, method of mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: Influence of long-term application of different doses of fertilizers and lime is set on fertility of soil and productivity of agricultural cultures. The optimum norms of mineral fertilizers are developed under basic agricultural cultures and structure of the newest technology of their application, that in the conditions of western Forest-steppe provides the increase of the general productivity of crop rotation on 30-40% and optimization of application of fertilizers in 1,5-2,0 times. Novelty: The informativ-analitic system of agricultural chemistry is developed and economic-technical indexes of application of fertilizers for the terms of western Forest-steppe, which is based on the long-term results of researches, newest methods of statistics and application computer programs worked out with a help. Efficiency of introduction: An increase of the general productivity of crop rotation from application of fertilizers is 32,7% (or 20,5 c/hectare of corn units). Increase of harvest from bringing 1 c/hectare of operating matter of mineral fertilizers - grains 4,5 c/hectare, roots of sugar beets 38,7 c/hectare, to sugar 4,4 c/hectare, forage units 6,6 c/hectare. An economic effect is 250-300 grn../ga. Application domain: agriculture, plant-grower.
