It has been shown that oxidized bitumen modified by above-mentioned compounds are characterized with greater values of ductility and adhesion to the solid surfaces (in 1.5 times) compared with non-modified bitumen. The synthesis procedure has been developed. The new initiator for cooligomerization reaction of unsaturated compounds presented in the C9 fraction has been obtained at first. Using synthesized initiator and model mixtures the obtaining of petroleum resins with fluorine-containing groups has been investigated. The process of bitumen with fluorine-containin petroleum resin joint oxidation has been examined. It has been established that the presence of 5 mas % of petroleum resin with fluorine-containing groups in the raw material gives the possibility to improve twice ductility, penetration and adhesive properties at the same softening temperatures. The mathematical model of the modification process of raw material by fluorine-containing petroleum resin has been developed; the process flowsheet has been proposed and material balances of the oxidized modified petroleum bitumen have been calculated.
