Optimal media and conditions of cultivation for perspective surfactant-prodicing microorganismes cultures have been developed using mathematic and experimental methods. Dependence of polysacharide concentration, basic lipides, biocomplex and ramnolipide as function of limited biomass quantity have been investigated.
