The results of screening of biological activity indicate the feasibility of a targeted fusion and experimental biological and pharmacological studies suggested sulphurous compounds. Preparative suitable methods of thiols of substituted 1,4-naphthoquinone and S-esters thiosulfoacids benzo- and naphthoquinones were developed.
