The optimal temperature-time modes of nanoparticles thermal sintering and energy-time parameters of optical nanoparticles sintering by the photo-induced substrate heating have been found. The process of ink-jet printing of colloid onto the flexible substrate was investigated and the ways of optimization of the printing quality are proposed. The possibility of copper particles water solutions production by reverse-pulse plating has been described.
