For the first time: - the theoretical approach to the construction of an adequate market economy socially-institutional mechanism to coordinate public and private interests, based on the perception of this mechanism in the field of entrepreneurship as a combination of technological, informational, organizational, institutional practices and tools that minimize the costs of integration of private interests into a unified social system; - a concept of constructing the mechanism of interaction of power and business structures based on three groups of principles: principles of interaction between authorities and business entities, principles of formation of the government management, as well as principles of business structures that influence the authorities; - conceptual-categorical apparatus of the theory of government regulation complemented by the definition of "business sector of the national economy" as a set of business structures that interact among themselves and with other economic agents in the business environment, which is regarded as a complex hierarchical system, the mechanism of interaction between the components of which is based on different kinds of ties, and consists of relatively independent, interacting subsystems - government, business, infrastructure, etc.; - a classification of types of interaction between state and business structures in order to systematize relationship problems government and business; - a concept of transition to a partnership of state and business in the innovation process, based on proposed mechanisms of coordination of economic interests that take into account the characteristics of innovative partnerships with the application of the information support for participants in the innovation process and the introduction of the diagnostic methodology state innovation capacity; Improved: - definition of terms: - "mechanism of the interaction of power and business structures", which, unlike existing ones, is considered as a system of elements designed to transform the movement of one or more elements necessary for the movement of other elements with the inclusion of feedback.
