The researches, comparisons and certifications of national standards were carried out, and their results confirm the correspondence of metrological characteristics specified in their registration certificates. The functioning of national standards corresponds to the requirements of their specification and operating manual. Methods of measuring instrument calibration on national standards are implemented. SE "Ukrmetrteststandard" сalibration and measurement capabilities in regard to researched national standards are acknowledged by international community and are included into International Date Base and are situated on International Bureau of Weights and Measures website (www.kcdb.bipm.org).
