Karazin popup.description2 The laboratory samples of devices for irradiation of experimental animals in vivo by nonmonochromatic radiation of infrared spectrum with wavelengthes 0.8 microns, 1.0 microns, 1.6 microns and 2.0 microns and the radiation power of 25 mW were developed. Established that the infrared radiation with wavelengthes 0.8 microns and 1.0 microns has the greatest penetrating ability (depth of penetration may reach 40-70 mm), while the infrared radiation with wavelengthes 1.6 microns and 2.0 microns is the smallest penetrating ability (depth of penetration does not exceed 0,5-1,0 mm). On the basis of research was developed the methodology of optimal exposure of experimental animals by nonmonochromatic radiation of infrared spectrum, which provides minimum stress on animals during the experiment.
