It was further developed the methods of the macroeconomic econometric models based on the "input-output" tables by integrating dynamic structure of household consumption level depending on available resources. The trends of the electrical and natural gas components of the costs per unit of production disaggregated by sectors of the tables "input-output" were specified and formalized.
