Forming of the electromagnetic and seismic fields are considered in the difficultly built geological environment and the scientifically grounded recommendations are mine-out in relation to their application at forming of the in-plant monitoring systems. The results of monitoring researches are resulted for determination of calculation values of quantitative parameters of seismic danger of grounds of placing of AES in Ukraine. For forming of local seismological networks the programmatic-apparatus providing which passed practical verification in Institute of geophysics in laboratory and field terms is offered. New experimental information is got about the state of environment, about processes in a sial and other geospheres of Earth on territory of South of European part of Russia, Ukraine, and in Antarctic Continent. Will be drawn on the results of geophysical researches presented in a report for establishment of parameters of really existent danger of territory of settlements and important objects, for planning of their development, choice of optimum technical and organizational measures, on providing of stable exploitation existent important and potentially ecologically dangerous buildings, for the search of minerals.
