The structural, optical and photoluminescence properties of films have been determined. In the developed por-Al2O3 films with low gold content (<2%) in the Krechman geometry the angular dependence of reflection coefficient p-and s-polarized light in total internal reflection was studied. It was shown that for such films to a thickness of 500 nm deviations from the classical mode of total internal reflection not observed. These data suggest the possibility of using the developed layers as transparent matrices for functional structures based on plasmon nanoobjects noble metals.
