Aim of work - to examine regularities of quality traits for new samples of grain, legume and oil crops in North-Eastern Steppe, determine their relationship with others valuable traits in plant breeding for quality. 2 educational, trial and 2 base collections of grain crops were formed in the network of implementation of the program. 49 lines of wheat were created and passed for registration in the National center of plant genetic resources of Ukraine. Registration certificates were obtained for 8 wheat lines. Method of wheat gene pool samples classification in compliance with quantitative descriptions was worked out. Catalogue of winter bread wheat samples from the National center of plant genetic resources of Ukraine collection on polymorphism of high molecular weight glutenins was published.
