The aim of this work to determine morfological, biochemical, and molecular-genetic traits of sunflower, which we can use as markers in future: color of sunflower flowers, "leaf-variegated", branching, seed traits, anthocyan color. It is determined especialities of inheritance of sunflower morphological traits. It is breeded sunflower forms with wild specieses which perspective for marking of some sunflower lines. It is shown opportunity to mark some sunflower lines, hybrids with isoenzymes, such as: EST, 6-PGD, ME, LAP. Polymorphism of sunflower lines is determined on locuses ORS 509, ORS 595, ORS 1608. There is a differentiation on "moldavian" race resistance to Orobanche cumane Walr. between Kharkiv breeding lines. The results of this work will use for sunflower breeding.
