The aim of our work were espesialities of callusogenesis, morphogenesis, risogenesis of pea cultivars for different directions for industry using in control and modern conditions and development with help of cell selection resistant to ascochytosis forms, adapted to cultivation in soil. It is developed method of the receiving pea (Pisum sativum L.) regenerants in vitro and their soil adaptation. It is determined especialities of cultivation and regenerants in vitro receiving of grain, vegetable and hay harvest pea under model conditions of biotic stress. It has been developed the technology for pea resistance forms to Ascochyta pisi Lib. The results of this work will use for pea breeding plants, resistant to ascochytosis.
