In system in vitro it was shown that explored nanocomposites are not toxic to the Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells, which were cultured with indicated nanocomposites for 24 and 48 h in doses of 50-200 mcg/ml. Special study concerning the selection of platform for the integrated use of CTL B. subtilis B-7025 and fullerene nanoparticles, which are physically linked to the aerosil particles, was performed. It was concluded that nanocomposites based on Fe3O4 and nanoparticles of fullerene, that are physically linked to highly dispersed silica, are promising complexes for use in anticancer therapy. It was obtained two positive solutions for patents of Ukraine for inventions "Increasing the antitumor resistance of the organism", "Increasing the effectiveness of anticancer vaccines” and filed one patent application for Ukraine's State Intellectual Property Department, Ministry of Education of Ukraine. Two diplomas were received: one - for participating in the competition, the second - for winning the final of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Innovative Projects (2nd place) for the innovative project “Antitumor autovaccine”.
