The work purpose is working out of methodical and practical recommendations about improvement of a control system by development of the enterprises of light industry in the conditions of integration of Ukraine into the WTO. Research methods: system, structurally-logic, korellation and regression the analysis, graphic modelling, expert marks, grouping, functional-costing. As a result of performance of researches on a theme: the mark of influence of the introduction of Ukraine is spent to the WTO on development of light industry and on home market of consumer goods; it is developed sentences on adaptation of is standard-legal base of Ukraine to the liberalised operating conditions of national economy; The basic directions of restructuring of the enterprises which work on tolling schemes are analysed, and the system of a substantiation of a choice of a direction of restructuring is developed by subjects of managing, the forecast of possibilities of introduction of innovatively focused directions of restructuring is carried out; the technique of management by development of the enterprise on the basis of estimation of his economic potential is generated, the pyramid of proportionality of development of the enterprise behind his potentials is developed; theory-methodical approaches to estimation of potential and overall performance of services of the personnel of the enterprises of light industry are offered; the theory-methodical substantiation of process of transition of the domestic enterprises to strategy of "the enterprise focused on knowledge" is carried out. Results of work are introduced by working out and improvement of government programs, short-term and long-term planning of a development of the region; the State tax administration of Ukraine concerning sentences to the project of the Tax code of Ukraine; Associations "Укрлегпром"; at the enterprises of light industry of Ukraine (the inquiry of 9 enterprises) and in educational process of the Kiev national university of technologies and design on chairs of engineering-economic faculty. During work performance: 7 master's theses and 7 magister's works are protected; 17 articles, 22 scientific reports are published.
