The quality forecasting method of complex units with use of neuron network model, which realizes the maximal approximation of neural processing element activating function to the point mean estimation of the complex quality index, was developed. The method of statistical laws distributing of random variables authentication for the operational quality control of machinery standard components production in the conditions of the limited information was developed. The model of the fuzzy inference system which allows realizing the principle of the typical technological processes flexible planning in the conditions of mass mechanical-engineering production was developed. For the metrology assurance of electronic measuring devices reliability the mathematical model of rational recalibration interval forecasting of high-precision electronic tacheometers was developed.
