The generalized system of classification of equipment is developed for the mechanical grinding down of offcuts of polymeric materials, that engulfs all of possible flow diagrams of streams of material, represents kinetics of transformation of him dispersible composition, allows to carry out the synthesis of mechanical devices for grinding down of materials and conduct the analysis of them power efficiency. The generalized mathematical model of process of the mechanical grinding down of polymeric materials is developed, which can be applied for analytical description of equipment analytical models for the quantitative and high-quality reflection of process of destruction of fragile, plastic and high-elasticity polymeric materials at grinding down. The mathematical models of destruction of elements of materials of eventual sizes are developed with fragile, high-elasticity and plastic properties at cutting between two knives and in the by volume of tense state, which can be utillized for the mathematical reflection of process of their grinding down. Analytical models which represent kinetics and dynamics of processes of grinding down of offcuts of polymeric materials in rotor crushers and extruders depending on their structural and technological parameters taking into account their фізико-механічних properties are developed. Algorithms and programs are developed for the calculation of rational structural and technological parameters of rotor crushers and extruders for grinding down of polymers. Requirements and going are developed near the choice of effective method of grinding down and flow diagrams of equipment for his realization. The methods of calculation of structural and technological parameters of equipment are created for grinding down of polymeric materials which provide him maximal efficiency. With the use of results recommendations are developed on creation of technological equipment for grinding down of offcuts of polymeric materials. Job performances are inculcated in industry.
