The aim of the research: development and creation of holographic methods and devices for medical and technical application. Analysis method: theoretical and experimental study of electromagnetic ra-diation interaction with biological media. Based on holographic model of physiological optics developed in laboratory new modern equipment for diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases, namely: holographic and holographic, visocontrastometer, makulostymulyator and design nprinciples of holographic television system and laser communication sys-tems have being elaborated. A prototype of the holographic television system have been created. The pilot research of laser system with an open resonator has been made. Holographic methods of 3D visualization of phase microscopic objects and computer processing of interferograms have been worked out. A prototype of digital holographic interference microscope (TSHIM) have been designed. The ex-perimental research of influence of various external and internal factors on the morphology of blood have been made . It was shown that identification of eryth-rocyte form and its changes is an effective method of operative diagnostics, sup-plementing already known methods of clinical research. TSHIM was used for in-vestigation of surface defects of thin transparent films on transparent substrates.
