A purpose of work is development of scientific bases of the systems of biologists of reclamative agriculture by optimum combination of the resurses saving systems of fertilizer of agricultural cultures with the elements of biological agriculture (use of sowing on a green fertilizer, satiation of crop rotation bob cultures), which provides stabilizing of the agroecolodical state of earths, increases of the productivity of agricultural cultures in a crop rotation, receipt ecologically of clean products, maintainance and recreation of fertility of the drained soils.
