A selection of participants of liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe, suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, formed the observation group and developed and standard protocol of respiratory disorders and intracardial circulation. Chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are the most common respiratory diseases in victims of the Chernobyl accident according to clinical and epidemiological register.
