Research methods and apparatus - in the process of development the aggregate of research methods of modern theory of cognition and scientific methods which are based on them is utillized. Theoretical and practical results - 1) the question of semantic interpretation of term is reflected "pornography", 2) generalization of expert practice is pointed in Ukraine on this issue, 3) certainly signs and the criteria of taking of objects which are probed are developed, to the products of pornographic character, 4) given terminology and determination in study of art examination of products of pornographic character. Novelty - subject the decision of problem of divergence in determination of classification signs of pornographic products, methods of its estimation. Efficiency of introduction is systematization of going near the decision expert of study of art.
