Research methods are collection, generalization and analysis of information, comparison,: documentary verification, comparison, economic analysis and design. Theoretical and practical results - an analysis normatively of legislative base of taxation of indicated unresidentis carried out, generalization of practice of setting and conducting of judicial economic examinations is conducted in matters, related to the reflection in the fiscal accounting of results financially to economic activity of such unresident. Novelty - during conducting of judicial economic researches a necessity came to a head for generalization of practice and development of single approach during conducting of researches, related to taxation of unresident. Efficiency of introduction - scientific job performances will allow substantially to decrease labour intensiveness and terms of conducting of researches.
